@TheIrons66@TalkingWolves@footyinsider247 He wanted first team football… we sent him off on loan and pissed him about.
He took a lower offer when he left. We offered him £100k, he dropped to around £65k (from memory).
He’s not playing now, could follow Jiminez again. Never Say Never.
@WHU63512230@Wolves It’s a decision that divides… however, every football manager knows the risks.
He followed his heart and tripled his wages. (Set for life sums when compared to mere mortals).
This next manager will likely be sacked too… and the next… and the next.
@Russ10784945@DeanGill4L He turned down £100k a week to move on a free of £65k to Fulham. He stated that it wasn’t about the money at the time.
I wouldn’t write it off about £’s.
Adama wanted a first team spot and he’d been a bit part player for a while.
He’d be an automatic starter in the chumpianship.
@Footballhandout@clechinoko@Wolves Exactly this… not had a decent ’leader’ since Neves was sold on.
Trippier will likely be captain and drag the kids in the right direction… very much like Paul Ince did for us back in the day when he dropped out the Prem.
@DJ_Dunewolf@washghost1 Smart idea to cover a weathered wall (that’s likely got penetrating damp with those f***d up bricks & mortar).
Sealing in the damp will be a breeding ground for mildew and/or push the water through to the inside as it can no longer evaporate externally.
Any damp experts on here?
@CJ_7171@jackutfa@LowerTiers I remember it well… Was in the Moon Under The Water after the game, the Blues were chucking stuff at the 👮♂️on Oss back.
We were cheering on the Osses pushing them back. #HappyMemories
@wolf_p4ck9@irishwolf99@TalkingWolves Does anyone remember the limited edition wolves head tread tyres?
I really wanted them at the time but hadn’t long had new tyres.
@hunch144@CJ_7171 Died, Moved Away, Got A Year Older (too much fir the old bones), Health, Shift Changes at work, Had a kid(s), Lost Job…
There’s so many reasons as to why some are not renewing… and yes, some will be because of playing Lincoln instead of Arsenal.
