I’ve submitted all the required documents and info for flight EZY1637 (22/06/25), yet you now claim you “can’t find my booking.”

I’ve sent everything — twice. My travel companion was refunded in 15 days. I’m still waiting, over a month later.

My flight EZY1637 (22/06/25) was cancelled. I paid €400 for an Air France ticket to get to work.
No rebooking was offered — under EU Reg. EC 261/2004, you must refund reasonable expenses.
I sent all documents. My friend (same flight) was refunded

My flight EZY1637 on 22/06/2025 was cancelled.
I had to pay €400 for an Air France ticket to get to work on time.

No alternative flight was offered, which — under EU Regulation EC 261/2004 — means you are required to refund the reasonable expenses I incurred.
