SUCCESSOR-2 is the late-breaking abstract to watch at #EHA2026. Mezigdomide + Kd showing ORR >80% and mPFS doubling in anti-CD38/IMiD-exposed RRMM. If these data hold, salvage sequencing changes.
EHA 2026 Late-Breaking Abstracts: Key Highlights (Personally)
1. SUCCESSOR-2: Mezigdomide + Kd vs Kd in anti-CD38/LEN-exposed RRMM. mPFS 18.0 vs 8.3 months (HR 0.48), ORR 80.2% vs 53.4%, ≥CR 26.7% vs 8.9%. Higher rates of neutropenia and infections, but few grade 5 infections.
The mSMART algorithm continues to evolve rapidly. Bispecifics are now a frontline option in first relapse — the sequencing question is no longer theoretical. Worth internalizing before #EHA2026.
Based on the latest data at #ASCO26 awe can consider bispecifics especially teclistamab (has the most data) alone or in combination with daratumumab in first relapse of myeloma.
Here is our latest https://t.co/x9KJzoJyXJ approach to first relapse.
This is shaping up to be one of the most compelling EHA meetings in recent years — with robust data across multiple disease areas that will very likely reshape how we treat our patients. Worth following closely.
