@commonslibrary @ToniaAntoniazzi I completely agree with your words. I juggle jobs to keep myself in a profession that is exceptionally challenging. It's not easy to hear fellow teaching staff talking about recovering by taking their children on holidays which many support staff can't afford for their own.
