For a incorrect pin transaction, if customers have to wait 6 months for resolution, then you're failing at addressing cyber fraud transactions and @SBICard_Connect should be reported to CERT-In.

@SBICard_Connect I have raised a service request for a failed transaction but money was debited on 13th Jan'26, the resolution date is 26th June'26. How is that fair resolution period? I have already contacted customer care 2 times but they failed to provide with resolution.
