Disappointing to hear that there was little coordination between HT management and bus drivers.

More concerning is the apparent breakdown in trust between transit leadership and bus drivers.

2/ app was launched after 8am (reports 8.15 or 830am). So after most people left for morning rush. Again, this could be intentional to manage load on launch, maybe just an oversight.
Would be nice if HT tells us this stuff.

Latest on getting the bus to work: had to walk to Mumford since my bus’ arrival time changed about 8 times within 30 minutes and disappeared off GPS tracking mid-route… @morethanbuses

Transit staff says we can’t do much about overloads
“… a bit of expectation management”

As in, our expectations of not missing the bus from overloading are the problem. Council should be providing the expectations for staff, not the other way around🧵
