Oluomo, if you truly and really want anyone to succeed you(which I'm in variance with) , Take the Following Actionable Steps :

1. Put out a well articulated constitution and terms for seamless transition of power.

2. Itemise the qualities, requirements and deliverables for your successor - Infact one of which should be that person should NOT be on a paid employment as at the time he's to take over the responsibility of leading this Community. (the reasons are obvious). Should be a Self employed.

3. U should pick selected interested persons to start working with and understudying the unique process of Leading this group. Train some persons, help them learn the ropes. Great Leaders Train other leaders.

Lastly, I'm Very impressed with your Passion and selflessness towards the support of new immigrants to the UK - 95% of Nigerians can't genuinely do what you've been doing. Like bro, you're genuinely happy for new entrants, you don't discriminate, you don't segregate like your fellow greedy "red passport" holders.
