At age 20, I was unhappy and had no confidence from poor eating/drinking habits
At age 27, I'm in the best shape of my life, as confident as ever, started a health & fitness business and ran my first marathon.
We're just getting started.
The catalyst? Hybrid athlete training & powerful habits.
And now, as a certified personal trainer, I want to help others to do the same.
What does a Wednesday look like for me as a hybrid athlete?
6 AM: 4-mile run - zone 2, easy pace
• Find your Zone 2 Max Heart Rate: 180 – AGE
• Run as slow as you need to keep your heart rate below that

Incline DB Chest Press (5×6)
Incline DB Fly (4×12)

No artificial anything
It’s not always how much you eat, it’s what you eat
💡DYK? The best time to take protein for muscle maintenance & growth is early in the day.
Studies show that clock-regulated protein synthesis mechanisms favor hypertrophy when protein is consumed early in the day.
Regardless of when you train, morning protein will help! 💪

Starting a habit seems hard but it doesn’t have to be.
It snowballs.
Go to the gym for 20 minutes a day for 10 days.
Then make it 30 minutes for 10 days.
Then 40.
It gets easier and easier.
Starting is the hardest part.
Done is better than perfect.
