@bbisati @EaseMyTrip @EaseMyTrip is a horrible company, they ruined so much of my time and energy over rebooking that literally took Emirates 5 minutes to resolve. Very unethical and dishonest people.

I don’t think that qualifies as “closer to original travel duration.” @EaseMyTrip’s response is appalling and offensive. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

@EaseMyTrip keeps saying they had to “raise a request” to @emirates, while an agent from @EmiratesSupport confirmed that no such approval was needed. I didn’t “prefer to travel on a different flight.” This is the exact flight I booked previously that was cancelled.

@emirates @EaseMyTrip @EmiratesSupport @EmiratesSupport stepped in and kindly rebooked my flight themselves, which says everything about the level of harassment, dishonesty, and incompetence I had to deal with from @EaseMyTrip.

I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through @EaseMyTrip. Beware!
