I’m not lazy,I’m not afraid of hard work,I just need an open door. Whether it’s a job opportunity, a car to drive for Uber, or a connection that leads somewhere, I’m ready to give it my all. Please watch, share, and help me reach the right person. A retweet could change my life.
When you give your best at work, you do yourself the bigger favour than your company. And remember, how you do anything is how you’ll do everything. Excellence compounds, the more you do excellent work, the more you get used to doing excellent work.
Be excellent where you are!
Underrated life advice: Keep proof that good things happen to you. Old photos. Kind messages. Positive feedback. Notes from great days. Whatever. Store them in a single place. Call it a Rainy Day Folder. Pop it open on a bad day and watch your mood turn. It's a free reset button.
One day, your home will be empty, and someone will have to decide what to do with your things. They'll open your drawers. They'll find the watch you treasured so much, the car you spent three years paying off, and the clothes you saved for special occasions because you didn't want to wear them out. And they'll make three piles: what to sell, what to give away, and what to throw away. None of it goes with you. Not a single thing. The only thing that goes with you is that afternoon you stayed talking for hours and didn't even realize where the time went. The look on your mom's face when you showed up to visit her without telling her you were coming. Don't collect things... Collect moments with the people you love
I see men saying this is untrue, but how do you explain that in a group chat of 60 young men, not ONE tried to stop the rapists at Cornell?
A lot of men want to hold on to their delusions of being upstanding and chivalrous while denying how widespread and systemic misogyny is.
You owe it to yourself to pursue the life you really want. You owe it to yourself to try. Even if it’s just a little each day. If something is niggling at you, if there’s something you want to birth that won’t leave you alone, you owe it to yourself to try. Just try.
Maybe tonight's Tahajjud won't change your situation immediately. Maybe it will change YOU first. Your heart will become calmer, your yaqeen stronger, and your dependence on Allah deeper. And sometimes, that is where the miracle begins.
The real purpose of wealth is to have the calm to live your life your way. It's to have the freedom to slow down. To spend your days doing things that you actually care about. That’s what money is really for. Not to impress strangers. Or to collect expensive distractions. But to own your time. To have a quiet breakfast without checking emails. Long dinners without looking at the clock. Conversations without feeling rushed. A calm weekend without thinking about the spreadsheet you need to turn in on Tuesday. Time to read. To think. To explore your interests. That’s real wealth. Everything else is noise.
At some point, you have to let yourself be witnessed - in the work, in the mistakes, in the becoming. You have to survive being wrong without disappearing. You have to let people ask you the difficult questions and resist the instinct to run when the answers embarrass you.
what even stood out to me in the video is that the machine isn't replacing the paramedics, it's freeing them to do everything else that keeps a resuscitation moving while chest compressions stay consistent and that's the kind of technology i find most impressive, it doesn't replace human skill, it just protects it from human limits yea
sinceramente, odio que hayamos normalizado la idea de que todas las opiniones son válidas. Creo que deberíamos volver a decirle a la gente que está mal informada y es ignorante.
I think ppl get offended when you aren't ashamed of things that they were taught to be ashamed of.
They resent you for not caring what everybody thinks.
marrying any woman who is career oriented and expecting her to give up on her dreams and j sit at home is beyond my understanding. if you want a housewife, then go for women who are not career oriented, and have no problem being a housewife; there are plenty. but why would you choose a woman who wants to achieve something in life and then restrict her to house chores; get a househelp instead.
