Please explain how this could POSSIBLY happen. My family has a vacation NEXT WEEK traveling from Pittsburgh to PVR. Yesterday I had a look in your app and saw that the outbound trip to PVR via Austin no longer existed. Did anyone call me? Were alternate plans established? No and no. Do I need new tickets for 4 family members and an infant? Are prices MUCH higher now? Yes and yes. This is pitiful. I expect substantial compensation from SWA otherwise my longtime relationship as a priority member will be coming to an end. I have stood by SWA through thick and thin but this is a step too far. Incredibly stressful AND expensive. And imagine if I had NOT personally discovered this myself 7 days before the trip. We would have discovered it when trying to check in and likely would have lost the entire vacation.

Amazing that so many people follow 40 yo "longevity experts" religiously but aren't interested in talking to my 90 year old who still works out daily and volunteers 40 hours per week and is sharp as a tack.

@Qantas absolutely abysmal experience trying to check in and reserve seats on an otherwise once in a lifetime trip from the US to Australia. Still unable to select seats with my girlfriend on our return trip tomorrow. Website and app are both surprisingly useless
