@henrycooke According to Willis, this is today's National Party looking to the future. It's not the first time they vehemently criticize a significant Labour policy then embrace it, won't be the last either. Key did it in 2008/09
@POLITIKwebsite Luxon can hardly claim being the leader of success. Yes ag exports are doing very well and success has many dads. But the rest of economy has been and still is limping along so the rest of us are treated as orphans
@MoonbaseOtago@TwHandle You got that right. But incompetence is not the right word, more like the wrong ideology driving the country backwards, unlike their mates
@LewSOS@Economissive LewSOS- Why don't you go find the relevant and publicly available Auckland Transport and NZTA data to satisfy your curiosity? After all you are doubting the veracity
@AJCNeilson As I said, it was explained clearly and fully by Hipkins and elsewhere. If he wanted to know the details he only needed to listen, obviously he didn't want to
@GraemeEdgeler@tmurphyNZ@AJCNeilson Brown could have easily listened to the Hipkins interview this morning and have the claims explained. But no, he would rather post critical and baseless messages here
@dan_brunskill@Liquid_Times Labour has committed itself to no new taxes beyond CGT. They have not said there will be no adjustments to existing taxes, just like every other government
@tmurphyNZ Wasn't there a Mallard $300m stadium gift and Te Toangaroa, a mostly privately funded, proposals that Auckland said yeah, nah to? Instead they received govt $$ for $200+m to upgrade old Eden Park for 2011 WC and asking for more now?
@secondzeit If not flippant I don't agree. A lot of hype around Crusaders here in ChCh, but elsewhere like Auckland, not so. Most games are boring, would rather watch league
