@PVD311 Our street is narrow so it’s already alt side by default (w/parking on even side) Also no room on even side for xtra bins so us odd side folks are out of luck again! Plus a snowed in parked car on even side since b4 storm. No tow/no ticket. seems crazy unfair! smh!

@jillsdavidson Tried to reach 311 but it’s closed. How are the odd side folx supposed to put bins on the even side when there’s no room over there (off the street) & our even side neighbors are already using the limited driveway space for their own bins? Poor plan? Not your fault…just venting!
