What war do you think they could’ve started and had gone reasonably well?

If there’s no such war then they aren’t really “not getting distracted”. They just don’t have any good options.

If a time comes when they go for Taiwan, do you think they suddenly switched to being distracted? If this happens I’d guess it was because the balance shifted more in their favor. Not because they decided to “be distracted”

FWIW Iran and Venezuela are both about countering China. China can’t meaningfully project military power to Venezuela and they didn’t have time. They are limited on Iran and have had a bit more time and have sent some stuff but them sending stuff would counter your claim because that would mean they are getting distracted.

I do not think people realize how important Cerebras will be to OpenAI RSI efforts. $CBRS

OpenAI can RSI 20x faster with Cerebras. RSI is fundamentally a function of time 1. How fast can I generate tokens? 2. How fast can I run my experiments?

OpenAI may hold back alot of Cerebras allocation to prioritize internal RSI over customer dollars.

China & Taiwan share a strait 100 miles wide (easily transmitted by drones and missiles these days).

USA and Iran are separated by 7,000 miles
