@demonlambs For me, this was how my ocd was like. An intrusive thought would appear, along with a feeling that made it feel true, so I’d try 2 do things that would soothe this. A compulsion. What helped me was medication and exposure therapy. Sitting thru the fear instead of trying 2 fix it
