Particulars don't make *any* mention of crofting duties. IMO this should be mandatory.

There may well be scientific evidence, but the consultation didn't use it, as others who are pro HPMA have pointed out

If there's plenty evidence, it's even more frustrating that they haven't bothered to mention any of it in the consultation.
