@nyetsott @HAliPunjabi In that case there is no straightforward way for you to do the transfer. The easiest way would be to use a Samsung phone temporarily to move the data to Android and then moving the data from Samsung to Mi should be straightforward using Google Drive backup.

@HAliPunjabi @herevgoagain_ Yeah. Sadly their service sucks so make sure to manually demonstrate the issue and once they say they fixed it make sure to double check before you take it back from them. Usually they just factory reset the device and say we fixed it.
