There will come a time — be it 6 months, one year, or 5+ years from now — when the non-Jews we once called friends, who engaged with antisemitic, pro-Hamas propaganda on the internet, will look around and realize that their Jewish friends are gone. They will see that we took with us our joy, our love and appreciation for life, our wit, our intelligence and our warmth. Their worlds will be less bright and their legacies will be stained like all of the hostile people, societies and empires that rose and fell before them due to the same fatal mistake. We will never look at them the same way again. We will not give second chances. We will rise from the ashes like we always have. We will experience joy again. We will continue to innovate and to make the world a better place. We will light Shabbat candles, do the horah, and tell our children the stories of our heroes, from the Maccabees to the partisans to the IDF. We will laugh and love again. They will watch from outside the window. We will say then as we do now: “Am Yisrael Chai!” 🇮🇱
@MarioNawfal There was a ceasefire on October 6. If you’re still asking questions RE a ceasefire you are a biased reporter; and more, you simply hate Jews.
