@dpatt86 @Toyota This amount of disassembly is not necessary for a windshield repair. This is clearly a factory defect. @Toyota what say you?

@Toyota the dealership is claiming damage from a windshield installed bc they don’t do windshields. When is the last time you saw a fender removed for a windshield installation?

@dpatt86 @Toyota I’m so disappointed in Toyota, I expected better form them. I own a Sienna also & a brand new vehicle should not have issues already. It sounds like a factory problem to me.

@Toyota I’ve been getting the runaround for 3 weeks and I’m over it. I spend $45K on a brand new XLE Premium Sienna and the place that I have spent $600 is taking better care of me. This is not the quality or service I was led to believe a Toyota offered.
