@mosiacme @Toyota I agree. I went back to a Toyota after having a Honda bc I believed they made a better car and had better service. I’ve been very let down by this experience.

@Toyota I’ve been getting the runaround for 3 weeks and I’m over it. I spend $45K on a brand new XLE Premium Sienna and the place that I have spent $600 is taking better care of me. This is not the quality or service I was led to believe a Toyota offered.

@Toyota the dealership is claiming damage from a windshield installed bc they don’t do windshields. When is the last time you saw a fender removed for a windshield installation?

@ariannsgma @BoesingLoretta @ExpressScripts We don’t get a choice for specialty meds with our insurance We were with them before it and I was horrible, then our insurance company switched to CVS specialty meds and they were okay, now we’re back to Express scripts and clearly it’s not going great.
