I asked MFAT if NZ can cap Annex 8K visas. They didn't mention 8K, Article 8C.3(4), or "Specialist."

They cited Article 8C.2(3) as proof NZ retains control - the same clause that PROHIBITS us from impairing India's benefits. They're either playing dumb or they are dumb.

By LOWERING tax on the rich we can bring more of them here. They will still pay FAR MORE tax so overall its GAIN for our country.
