I've had service issues at a NURSING FACILITY for 3 days and have spent hrs on the phone plus 3 visits and still am given no info what issues your system is having. What's the process for getting info out of the black hole which is "maintenance is on it"?

As an MSP whose clients use Microsoft, we expect transparency & responsiveness from MS.
MS is usually great at service health updates. However, you have failed to provide any info on todays ongoing Azure outage, which is upsetting.
Can this be corrected?
@GoTo Please take a minute to reconsider your policy of not refunding an annual subscription the day after it renewed. It’s a reasonable grace period to offer if your intent is to promote a healthy customer base. This policy will steer me away from your products in the future.

Agent couldn’t help with ETR. They offered to transfer to customer service dept for escalation!
Whoops. CS only deals with Residential accounts!

1. System hung up

3. Transferred to extension with barking dog & no human
4. System hung up
