Kevin Wozniak (โ26, VA) ๐
Tall 6โ4โ 165lb RHP w/ a quick leg kick working efficiently on the bump. FB shows late life, generating consistent whiffs and keeping hitters defensive. Sweeping SL w/ sharp, late break that tunnels effectively off the FB. Works with tempo, attacking the zone and keeping hitters off balance.
FB: 84-86 T87 | 2200 RPM | 12 IVB | 10 HB
SL: 72-74 | 2300 RPM | -2 IVB | -14 HB

Kevin Wozniak (โ26, VA) worked 2.2 strong innings, striking out three while failing to allow a hit. Worked the FB up to 87 w/ a run/ride profile, producing whiffs up. Also worked in a low-70s breaking ball w/ two-plane depth at its best. #ChesapeakeChamp@pg_scouting

Really liked what I saw out of Wozniak. Came in with his team down 4-0 in the 5th, competed every AB and ended up sealing a 6-4 victory
FB with some arm side run and SL has late life
FB 82-86
SL 68-72

Excited to announce our partnership with @Nextiles_HQ. Their arm sleeve and force plate technology will enable us to assess daily readiness and throwing workload. This data allows us to optimize long term velocity development.
Did not get the win but man Iโm so proud of my guys for hanging with the defending national champions and number 3 team in the country losing 3-2 in the bottom of the 7th. Hereโs a solid piece off projected first round draft pick Noah Franco. Still looking for a home. Looking to play both baseball and football. @BRiverBaseball@Stephen_Dezzi@BRRECRUITINGG@CoachPost70
Hunter Myrick (โ26, FL) tossed a 5 inning CG shutout while striking out 10 batters & only allowing 2 hits. Sturdy RHP w/ loose quick arm action sitting 84-88 T88 w/ good feel for 11-4 breaker #EastMLK@PG_Uncommitted
@billmills Looking forward to this. I assume most will cover the negative aspects. Would be very interesting to also see placeboโs working effectively in sports performance
HS players will typically take a trap bar dl and turn it into a squat.
When you squat on Monday/Friday and โtrap bar dlโ on Wednesday. You have now squatted 3 times in 5 days.
Whatโs worse is the opposite.
Thinking you are deadlifting twice a week and actually squatting 3 times
That is a great point about decelerations impact on acceleration.
It is very hard for me to believe med balls that are thrown are teaching deceleration.
Maybe, you're only right about the deceleration part of your med ball philosophy. A 2lb med ball is an overload drill movement
