@RachelGur@Kaufman1776 and incidentally, the IDF is not interested in Datiim either. Just yesterday, Chotem published that that the IDF advisor for Gender Equality Mrs. Ella Sadu, authorized mixed showers in combat environment. https://t.co/aXlbaF5mhR

@RachelGur@Kaufman1776 The Charedim are not going to the IDF because the IDF simply does not want Charedim. There are over 15,000 battle trained Charedi soldiers who served in the Nachal Charedi Battalion since 1999 and are not called to reserve duty. Ask the left why?
🇮🇱 BIBI is a TEN!
Bibi will accomplish 10% of what you were expectin', but he will be doin' 10x more than any other person in that position.
Agree with both?
Agree with neither?
Agree with just one?
NO NEGOTIATIN' WITH TERRORISTS!!!
United States presidents and allied leaders have long stated that they will not negotiate with terrorists. Yet, despite the rhetoric, history repeatedly shows that they often do.
Stephen T. Messenger of the Naval War College writes: “During direct political talks with violent, non-state actors, the United States must return to its unofficial mantra of refusing to negotiate with terrorists in order to defeat these organizations quickly. History is full of warnings where these types of negotiations prolong counterinsurgency operations. Israel negotiated with the Palestine Liberation Organization during the secretive Oslo Accords, inadvertently ceding legitimacy to terrorists, and now, over twenty-five years later, it still has not achieved security. Colombia negotiated with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia for decades, allowing their people to suffer from subversive tactics which continue to fester. And for almost twenty years, Sri Lanka conducted a series of failed negotiations with the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, which ended only when the state changed tactics and applied overwhelming force to the terrorists. In all these cases, negotiations prolonged conflict and emboldened violent actors.”
This rings true for Israel today. The ongoing internal debate between the Right and the Left is nothing new. I am not here to convince those on the Left that peace with Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and those who seek Israel's destruction is impossible. Hopefully, the horrors of October 7th and the continued declarations by Hamas leaders—who, from the comfort of their safe havens abroad, promise to repeat such massacres endlessly—have made that reality abundantly clear. A two-state solution is not viable, not now, and not under the current circumstances.
Judea and Samaria have long been breeding grounds for terror, and the situation is only deteriorating with the release of hundreds of terrorists from Israeli prisons. Did anyone truly believe these murderers and rapists would be rehabilitated during their time in jail? Of course not.
But my point here is this: The Left has lost—at the ballot box and in public opinion. Israel is making decisions from the Right, as it should. So why are we negotiating with terrorists? How can we tell our citizens that our goal is to eradicate Hamas while simultaneously sitting at the table with them, allowing them time to rebuild and rearm?
The images are infuriating—hundreds of Hamas operatives emerging from tunnels and hospitals in freshly laundered uniforms, parading triumphantly while using our hostages as human trophies. Hamas has grown emboldened. Yes, thousands of their fighters have been eliminated, but thousands more stand ready to take their place. This is the culture of Gaza, one that has been meticulously cultivated for decades with the help of UNRWA and other international bodies that have indoctrinated generations of children in hate.
The longer we delay decisive action, the stronger Hamas becomes. Every moment we engage in negotiations, we grant them legitimacy they do not deserve. Instead of dictating terms, we are allowing them to control the game. They should not be treated as players; they should be treated as the board upon which we set the terms.
Imagine explaining a hostage deal to an average American: We release 700 terrorists, including 400 convicted murderers and rapists, in exchange for three hostages. In addition, we withdraw from key strategic areas, enabling Hamas to rearm with weapons smuggled from Egypt, Turkey, and Iran. How would any rational person respond? What kind of deal is this? In what world does this make sense?
We are told that we negotiate because we value life, because every Jewish life is precious. That is true. We do everything in our power to preserve life. But Hamas thrives on death—their own and that of others. Since 9/11 alone, there have been over 46,000 Islamic terror attacks across nearly 70 countries. The ideology is clear: establish Sharia law, convert or eliminate infidels. Listen to their leaders, to the people chanting in the streets of Europe, Africa, Canada, the UK, and even the U.S. They are not seeking integration; they are seeking domination.
And yet, we are expected to negotiate with them. With our hands tied behind our backs. To retrieve a few lives, we must offer thousands and put our own security at risk for generations to come. Let us not forget—Yahya Sinwar was released in the Gilad Shalit deal. Look at the result: the largest massacre of Jewish blood since the Holocaust. How many new Sinwars did we just release?
I, like many others, cherish life above all. I rejoiced when Emily, Yarden, Omar, Avera, Sagui, Agam, and others were returned home. Thank God. But what about Itzhak, Ehsan, Sahar, Yair, Guy, Aviel, and the countless soldiers who have died fighting in Gaza to dismantle Hamas? How many more lives must be sacrificed? Every additional week this war drags on, more soldiers—Jewish, Muslim, Druze, Bedouin, Christian—are placed in harm’s way.
How many of the terrorists attempting bus bombings last week were from Judea and Samaria? How many of them had been released in recent months? How long must we endure this madness? At what cost? When do we finally say: Enough. Ad kan.
Some argue that if soldiers knew they would not be negotiated for, they would not enlist in the IDF. But that is simply not the case. From the moment they join, they understand their duty—to defend Israel and its people at all costs. The stakes are existential, and they know it.
Prime Minister Netanyahu and others on the Right (and some on the Left) are saying the right things: Hamas must be eradicated. Not only in Gaza, but also in Judea and Samaria. Their ideology must be destroyed. The U.S. has given us a rare green light to act decisively. Blank checks have expiration dates. We must cash in before it is too late.
With God’s help, may we make the right decisions swiftly and decisively, preserving lives and securing Israel’s future. Let us put an end to these futile negotiations and do what must be done. Amen.
@aweitmann How about not discussing where they should go? Move in the tanks and bulldozers, flatten anything in their path and let those Nazi-Islamic creatures figure out for themselves where to go!
I say, let's get our six hostages back on Shabbat, and then let's finish this business once and for all. Flatten the entire Gaza Strip, level it to the ground. 100% of it. And then let's discuss where the Islamo-Nazis should go, once they are under our boots.
Enough already.
🎗️🇮🇱🧵RELEASIN' OF PALESTINIAN PRISONERS:
(My apologies on the lengthy post - unusual for me.)
My thoughts (whatever they're worth - I'm no expert; I can very well be wrong):
Israel doesn't negotiate with terrorists & hostage situations. America doesn't as well. Yet, sometimes we do. When we do, we need to ensure that we are true to our principles & we are not underminin' our goals, values & mission & jeopardizin' future security.
What is our mission in this war? It is to obliterate Hamas in such a manner that they cannot threaten the security of Israel from the Gaza Strip.
Hamas has demonstrated that they still have capabilities to fire rockets indiscriminately at Israel communities, an act of attempted genocide, which the UN & ICC has not recognized. They have also shown that they can defend certain areas in Gaza & kill Israeli soldiers.
Do we have the capabilities & are we empowered to completely dismantle Hamas? I don't know the answer to that question. Even with Trump in power, will Israel be given the free reign to eliminate every single member of Hamas? Personally, I doubt it. We have accomplished a lot & made serious dents in their operation - whether it's the congregatin' of meetings, the transferrin', manufacturin' & storagin' of weapons, the control they possess over the area. Can we do more? Yes. Can we finish the job? I doubt it.
Ultimately, the culture there needs to be changed. This will require some form of the international community. An organization replacin' UNRWA will need to be set up. Education & fundin' will need to be monitored on a macro & micro level. A significant buffer zone will need to be enforced.
All of the above cannot be forsaken in a hostage deal. Otherwise, it is a suicide pact with the devil & the devil we're dealin' with is hell-bent on destroyin' us.
Havin' 33 hostage return to Israel, hopefully livin' hostages, will be a cause for joy, happiness & celebration. But we can't be mortgagin' our future at the same time.
So, will the release of 1000 prisoners to Gaza be forgoin' our stated goals? IMHO, this, in itself will not be sacrificin' our mission, for anyway, there are thousands of Hamas members still remainin' in Gaza. What is our plan with them? A few more, even a thousand, won't make much of a difference. Providin' that the culture is changed & the rule of law can be enforced. If it cannot, then no deal should be made regardless.
Some will say that the terrorists released in the Shalit deal came back & killed hundreds of Israelis. Yes, they most certainly did. But they had no reason not to. Nothin' changed in Gaza & the culture of hate was thrivin'. Hamas was rulin' & flourishin' & they were supported by outside forces. That cannot continue- whether it's those Hamas members still hidin' in the mosques, schools & tunnels, or whether it's these additional 1000. And yes, I know these terrorists have already proven themselves to be killers, so they will not be easy to rile in.
In conclusion, if (a big if) Israel is confident that they have a plan & a system in place that will ensure the security of Israel citizens & that even with this deal, they retain that, then we should not be sullied by the release of these terrorists. If they are not confident on this matter, no deal should be done. The life of a soldier, the life of an Israeli citizen is just as precious to us as the life of a hostage. Our hearts bleed for the hostages & their families. They are constantly in our mind & in our prayers. We want them home. Strength is the method to bring them home. We cannot allow Hamas to kidnap & kill other Israelis tomorrow & the next day.
This is not simple at all. To repeat, I don't know if I'm right at all. Please comment with your opinions. Ultimately, it is in God's Hands & only He knows; we can only do ours. Godbless!!
May God protect our hostages.
May God protect our soldiers.
May God protect Israel.
May God protect all Jewish people.
May God protect all infidels.
@IsraMum As the proud grandfather of Ivri BraveHeart, let me say that the sentiment of all IDF soldiers is just please let them finish off the job till total victory, that their children won't have to repeat it!
