@JioCare Even today you promised. But the ticket doesn’t open also no one called me regarding this. How can the ticket say “Customer not interested “ when I’m the one who is requesting for relocation for a week? How long you want me to wait? @JioCare

Hi @JioCare , after I tagged you earlier about my pending Jio Fiber relocation for the past 5 days, a ticket was finally created. However, the ticket has now been marked as “resolved” without the relocation actually being done. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable..
@JioCare May I know when will I get the connection relocated? It’s been more than 6 days since the first relocation request. Can you provide more details on this
@JioCare I couldn’t track my request either. Days passing by without internet connection for the past 6 days. Please push this issue and sort this at the earliest. @JioCare
Else the only way is to change my connection to any other provider that does the job well.
Requested relocation for my @reliancejio connection 4 days ago. The technician assured it would be done but has now stopped responding and is rejecting my calls. This lack of accountability and communication is extremely disappointing. Please resolve this immediately. @JioCare
