@MikeCrawshaw4 Well done @MikeCrawshaw4! I’m shocked at lack of helmets here (former Kiwi) having lost two people on quad bike farm accidents back in NZ and had an accident on one myself. They are unpredictable beasts and both fatalities were experienced.

The Alpine shelves are filling up-we are really excited about launching our ‘Jebel Preseli’ soon. We vacuumed packed the wheels simply because we have to use the same cave we age our soft delicate Jebels in so we need to keep out lovely Alpine moulds that naturally want to occur.

...in warmth and a tropical climate. Imitating the Bahamas in West Wales has it’s challenges! What is fascinating is that no cheesemaker anywhere in the world would have the exact same method to making this cheese. It is a product truly of its terroir!

(P1 of 2)Salting our little Princesses first thing. If you know some of our goats (especially Princess Maddie) you will not be surprised that our raw milk Jebels demand our complete attention and love. Like our goats they balk at colder temperatures and must be bathed in warmth..

The curd is set and ready to be hand ladled. After a couple of weeks maturation this batch of Jebels will be ready for deliveries across the U.K. 🏴󠁧��󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇬🇧🐐🧀

Meet Björk. On arriving here she used to dance around and make plenty of noise, hence her namesake-the Icelandic singer! Imagine trying to milk Michael Flatley whilst he’s doing the riverdance! Happily she has become a placid girl and milking is now Oh So Quiet 🤫🐐
