@Wickes I have been telling your customer service reps every week that I have not received my order even if tracking indicates it has been delivered. It's nearly a month since I placed the order, the issue still hasn't been resolved.
@TfL I had a fearful journey to work today. Reducing journeys increase risk. More people are staying at home, keeping the frequency as normal results to more space in the underground for your staff and key workers. Stop experimenting.
