@QueenslandRail Hourly!!!
I remember Adelaide's 50 minute interval train services on Sundays in the early '80s and thinking back then how pitiful that was. Fast forward 35 years to a city twice the size Adelaide was then and Brisbane has train services of WORSE frequency. Extraordinary.
@aussiewongm@Robert_Dow Correct, however in SEQ we are talking service reductions in excess of 50% at some stations over five weeks, not just one day! Off peak patronage should theoretically grow over Xmas, not shrink (pax going Xmas shopping etc)
Apparently public transport can just shut down over Xmas... doesn't happen anywhere else in the world! Huge service reductions. QR have learned nothing. #railfail#qldpol https://t.co/uM4ImY4gAL
Customers, please be advised there will be summer service changes between Monday 18 December and Sunday 21 January. We encourage customers to plan your journey in advance by visiting https://t.co/GIk77HxbOd or calling 13 12 30 https://t.co/bPKCoOQZ8s.
Best wishes to @AnnastaciaMP who deserves to be reelected Premier of Qld tomorrow - outrageous that LNP-One Nation Coalition are opposing Cross River Rail 🚆
LNP canning of Cross River Rail confirmed! @LNPQld Could we please stop politicising Queensland #1 project? #QldVotes https://t.co/2jLokkMUrf via @brisbanetimes
2/2 one of the Caboolture trains should stop Virginia to Lawnton to compensate. Pax left behind on 5:31 KPR... upto 36 min wait at peak hr! https://t.co/PXYyMyt1K0
You cant just cancel busiest Kippa Ring train of the day without finding capacity for stranded pax! Cab trains more freq for quieter stns! https://t.co/PXYyMyt1K0
