@MelindaHoward4 Thank you Melinda! I think I'm mostly in the clear. I fell on the pavement pretty hard but luckily I think my hands absorbed most of the blow. I'm very fortunate that I didn't hit my head or fracture any bones.π Strangely I feel more determined than ever to run.π
Very Fortunate.π Day Off Sunday. I had a nasty fall running on the pavement yesterday. Hands lacerated, right leg bruised, and left ankle is a little tender. Luckily no serious injuries so I should be back to all my workouts very soon.π Always be RELENTLESS.π #running#fitness
@RaceMatcher Thank you! You are so right because the fall happened in almost a split second. I tripped because a piece of the road was missing on the edge. I'm very thankful that it wasn't worse. I didn't hit my head and no broken bones. Hope to be out there soon.

@rtcrunr With highs over 90 F in May it's a major switch from a week ago (50's - 60's F). At the same time almost anything is better than the arctic temperatures I had to run through this past winter. Bring on the heat.π

@OgdenSuites I have at least several different locations in PA that I visit regularly from spring - fall. I'm very methodical most of the time. With trails I try to be less analytical and more impulsive. I'm heavily focused on enjoying the moment.
I Have A Trail Addiction.π€π After dealing with brutal freezing temperatures for most of the winter I'm enjoying spring more than ever this year. I really enjoyed my time at Rothrock State Forest.π An amazing place to clear your mind and rejuvenate your soul.β€οΈ #grateful
