A sad goodbye to Marcus Tyner. One of the greatest Oakland youth baseball talents as a 12 year old pitcher. Star of the first Bambino World Series in 1984. By 1993, the 21 year old RHP out of Laney College was drafted by the @Braves. Made it as high as Single A. By 25, after 2 years of the Independent leagues he retired. Tyner was 53.
