@leanne1cutler @VirginAustralia @Qantas 100% agree with this, considering in the last six months the equivalent @VirginAustralia flights are more expensive than @Qantas, you have to pay for food / drinks and experience delays.its a strange strategy to offer less, charge more and expect customer loyalty.

@MysticPenman Can’t say I’m surprised I normally have about 30 flights a year with @VirginAustralia and would say 80% of them are late from ten minutes to over an hour. Just got back from Japan and it was the same with that flight.
