Very bad management on Ahmedabad Terminal 2 for SG300 flight
No display board is updated with correct departure time. When asked staff, very rude behaviour. Even at boarding time not updated check pictures. If someone misses because of this then who is responsible
@karpathy Amazing thoughts @karpathy! On collapse of LLM, another analogy comes to mind is DNA collapse due to inbreeding. The mutations are inherently producing inferior species every turn. What do you think about that analogy? Are there parallel from it like entropy and mutation?

We will enter in to the realm of regret minimising world. Only difference is that regret is common but its impact are highly subjective. This is central piece of it, it’s not regret minimising but impact of that regret that needs to be minimised by trading high impact with low.
When we adopt this - regret being constant and only transforms. It instantly becomes clear that as per laws of thermodynamic the world is going to be chaotic by changing regrets to the maximum impact. We will have then nothing else but what Jeff bezos said..
As you grow, you realise that regret follows the energy principle- neither created nor destroyed, only converted. We trade/transform/convert/force one regret for another, but total regret remains the same.
Get up
Gather your self
Start crawling
Start walking
Climb up
Only one way..
Upwards and onwards.
Nothing to loose by restarting,
Everything to loose by standing
Don’t freeze,
Don’t get frightened
Don’t run away
Choose fight
Choose hardships
Choose right
There are good days and bad days.
There are great days and shit days.
There are joyful moments and then there are depressing ones.
Absorb everything, focus on the end goal and remember why you started it.
Heads down building.
Teams need high-agency generalists who adapt fast, learn new domains, and coordinate with AI tools. In hiring, he suggests optimizing for learning velocity and versatility over deep expertise in one niche.
Generalists will thrive in the AI era. As AI automates narrow specialized tasks, broad thinkers who can connect the dots become more valuable. we’re moving out of the age of specialists and into the age of generalists (echoing the book Range).
