@HydREGuide If they buying Villas for renting then that’s the worst financial decision they are taking . I would not buy a Villa with 2 to 3 year plan of returning . That may never come and you end up renting forever .

@realhyderabad86 Can’t agree more . Renting is always cheap. Enjoy quality life while renting and invest your money in equity or other assets which compounds faster .

@db_is_db I have tweeted something similar 10 years ago that Hyd airport looks like to real estate sales office. Nothing changed since then :). Though i like the expansion of the airport your eyes cannot escape RE ads.

A New construction pop up and require sewerage line and they dig up the newly laid road and won’t patch it properly creating pot holes. I am asking all the think tanks here what is the solution for this?
