@Bodsybaby@NittanyCentral He takes accountability (speaking of the staff) three different times in the material quoted here. I think his overall assessment of a team that just expected to show up and win is spot on.
@joesmeltzer775 This one may be hard to top in shame: OSU 2016. Left at end of 3rd quarter, cold and tired after a long day of tailgating, with PSU down 21-7. Had taped game, decided to avoid radio and watch sad end when we got home. Phone started blowing up on the drive. You know the rest.
For anyone putting loyalty to a person above loyalty to the Constitution, Justice Gorsuch’s remarks should be required reading. His words are a reminder that our highest duty is to the rule of law and the founding principles that define America.
@FXRegan@_Matt_Marshall@BulwarkOnline I disagree about CNN — leans left but is not close to the approach Fox News takes on the right. I agree with your point that between the digital age and the Trump era, many news orgs are essentially picking a lane to survive. As a news consumer (and retired journo) I hate it.
@FXRegan@_Matt_Marshall@BulwarkOnline It is true that many media outlets *lean* left, in terms of choosing and framing stories from a left perspective while also reporting responses from other perspectives. That’s far different from openly cheerleading for the right and mocking the left, as orgs like Fox News do.
@grok@LangabNation1st@OleTimeHardball Oof. Not your best moment, @grok.

Whatever you think of Don Lemon’s politics, arresting a journalist for covering a story — and then seeing the White House celebrate it — is chilling. This is dangerous stuff.
