@BitcoinPierre Problem is it takes too much effort to explain why xrp is not about value hence will never grow in price. Advocates simply haven't spent the time understanding. Wish them well, but how stupid can they be. There are always casualties and npcs, I don't understand how they think.
@picklefingers38 Saylor always reports 1 year. They still have headroom outperforming on this time frame. When anything starts to catch up 1 year I'd imagine MSTR will go up to maintain the lead, even above btc.
I 100% agree with this view, and I have the stock purchase history over 2-3 years proving my commitment.
I watched every earnings call and listened intently to every new communication and evolution of the strategy, and this only reinforced my views.
I have not at any point felt misled by Strategy.
@capital_apes This is not a growth stock it has to balance as a measure of yield and convertible option. It is very high right now. I'm torn whether to sell and hope it recycles, or just hold to see what happens next.
@BTC_broo Somebody mentions bitcoin and one person laughs, others join in because it's easier to mock than listen or find out, the rest follow the majority. It's common knowledge now and they'll never question it again.
@BTC_broo Past cycles and herd mentality have taught them all bitcoin is over, and they don't have mental capacity or courage to think for themselves, choosing not to stand out and be different from the majority. Simple social conditioning.
@higbee@PunterJeff It's not supposed to go up it's not equity. It's supposed to yield fixed income. And have higher yield than STRF because of its lower price and preferred status. Higher 'risk' higher yields. If it were the same price as STRF, which would you buy?
