20 min from London. The unequal access to water at Oneida has to end. And more. Make it right. Act according to the treaties. As a settler educator and parent, I am heartbroken and ashamed that our governments - that WE - haven’t yet made things right.

Frankly, I really wanted to get back to Queen's Park TODAY to #RepealBill28
Make no mistake when Ford said he had agreement from us to wait till Monday to repeal Bill 28 that was not true
We want to get back THIS week to repeal it. 12am, 5am, 1am we told Ford ASAP and meant it
Be furious Ontarians! Against his word, Doug Ford is planning to open up the Greenbelt for development with his developer friends. Greenbelt is a major economic driver, protects critical nature & species, provides much needed parks & trails, supports climate resilience.
This might be the most sinister Queen's Park Friday Dump in a long time.
They planned this months ago.
Everyone is talking Notwithstanding Clause and strike. They wanted the public at maximum distraction for killing the Greenbelt.
As you hear about CUPE strike action, never forget that @Sflecce took $465 million out of the education budget to pay parents, when $235 million would have avoided a strike.
#39KIsNotEnough#onted#IStandWithCUPE
Today, @fordnation introduced legislation to remove the rights of education workers to negotiate a fair deal. Here's the facts:
Education workers earn an average of 39K a year.
2/3 are women.
1/3 rely on food banks to survive.
1/2 have a second job.
They deserve better.

More people need to be talking about Jackson, Mississippi. The city ran out of bottled water to give residents yesterday. It’s the largest city in Mississippi. It’s 80% Black. Their water system is failing because of years of neglect. This is environmental racism.
This reporter displays the exact type of thinking regarding the teaching profession that has resulted in the largest teacher shortage in American history.
How do you like them apples? 😜😔
