I will be graduating. My plans are to apply for a master's degree. I will continue working at CMC as well as shadowing in the CVOR. I wish you all luck in your future endeavors! #prescottbiochemistry
@DevynEnwright Good luck Devyn! That is so exciting. I'm jealous that you'll be around animals and caring for them. You will do great! #prescottbiochemistry
@CikaricArmina Metabolism is an important topic! Biochemistry has allowed me to expand my knowledge on this topic. This course also helped me make connections with previous material in other courses. #prescottbiochemistry
@sjustason3 I think this is a great takeaway from this course. Metabolism is a lengthy topic. But it is an important topic to understand! Learning about enzyme mechanisms can be overwhelming. #prescottbiochemistry
@Madalyn__L I agree! It is useful to revisit certain topics. It's nice when you have a more clear understanding of the material than you did prior. #prescottbiochemistry
I learned more about proteins and their structure. Structural proteins and lethal proteins were my favorite takeaways from this course. It is fascinating how nature and science are intertwined. #prescottbiochemistry
@B603Zach Great find Zach! They had solid findings from their experiment. I was shocked to read that these scientists studied 16 men. I was expecting to read about how mice were studied! #prescottbiochemistry
@bryebarna Neat article! We all know someone with anemia due to it being so common. This is a modern approach that tries to solve a problem for so many individuals! #prescottbiochemistry
@Shawnia18621883 This is an interesting article! The fact that cancer cells have their own agenda is terrifying. I can see why the link between the PTC development and metabolism still remains unclear. #prescottbiochemistry
This study evaluated whether HIV-infected smokers metabolize nicotine faster than non-HIV infected smokers. Their findings: HIV-smokers lose more years to tobacco use than to the HIV infection itself. The NMR depends on the individual. #prescottbiochemistry
Hey @Katrina_UNHM, I know you are interested in regenerative medicine! Check out how this medical team from the Bahamas is helping our veterans. Such a remarkable and rewarding career! #prescottbiochemistry
Hey #sciencetwitter, are light or dark colored clothes better for covering up on a sunny day? Curious if a specific color or material can more effectively prevent UV radiation from getting to the skin. #VitaminD#prescottbiochemistry
@AcademicWarrio1 What a fun educational activity for elementary school children! I hope they got to taste test the cookies after 🍪 #prescottbiochemistry

Check this out Katrina. Not sure if this is something you'd be interested in trying, but it seems fun! #prescottbiochemistry
