@ECISVEEP After updating 2 years ago, the BLO asked me to submit my previously held EPIC Card only then new card can be issued. Now, it's struggle for me to visit BLO and do the process. Still this is the same process or changed?

Telegram does not work on my BSNL FTTH connection in Uniara, Rajasthan. It works on mobile data and also works on BSNL FTTH when using a VPN.

Please investigate and resolve this issue.
