Told @AirCanada that I was going to have to file official FAA complaints (done) because of their complete unwillingness to be reasonable. I told them I would do it publicly. Simple things would have prevented this, but apparently they're good with it. Don't fly Air Canada.
Wow. @AirCanada is so bad. Finally got through today to deal with a flight change they made - it went from direct to a connection thru ORD while leaving earlier and arriving later. They "couldn't do anything" and proceeded to charge me a $200 cancellation fee. SMH
Thrilled that my @rachioco controller likely prevented my garage catching on fire during a thunderstorm a couple days ago (per my electrical engineer friend). Lightning hit the yard, back through the controller, blew the adapter thermal fuse. Everything safe, but no sprinklers.
I'm having real issues with @Delta tonight. Canceled our flight and got rebooked for tomorrow but too late. So I booked a @SouthwestAir flight. Problem? I'm sure Delta will cancel my return flight in a week if I miss the outbound. Cannot get cust serv on the phone or chat.
.@BestBuySupport sent a DM in hopes that you can help sort out a delivery issue. I don't mind waiting around a little longer, but I do want communication and I'm not getting any at this point.

Hey @ATTHelp, people on your (and only your) cell service are unable to connect with our office's VOIP phones. We have a ticket in with them (@getweave), but I wanted to see if I could connect with someone on your end too?
