Someone stole my paid upgrade seat? @AmericanAir made my niece, who was flying alone for the first time, deplane and rebook at the gate counter for a different seat. And not the window we paid for… a middle seat. why not just make the rude person move?!
@solomantiger@AmericanAir Yep. They had a kiddo so perhaps they were told they could stay together that way. No explanation, just “deplane and we will put you in a new [less desirable] seat. Now they’re saying I can take on the work to request a refund. Ugh.
