@SpectrumEntUS it must be unreasonable is try to get your Enterprise Account Manager Joseph Griffith in DFW to provide any service at all. Building flooded, tried to get Spectrum's equipment moved and 3 weeks later still nothing. Called support but they said I had to go thru him.

I would love to see you build your own system though, it's easy enough and I think you would enjoy it. Stay away from Dell/Alienware, terrible systems.
