Alaa's unbelievably courageous sister @sana2 speaking at #Cop27: she has been imprisoned 3 times in Egypt for struggling to #FreeAlaa

"Whatever happens: Alaa has won. The symbolic battle has been won by your show of support. I just hope his body & he is not sacrificed for it"

The killing of Shireen Abu Akleh and the attacks on mourners by Israeli forces at her funeral are deeply disturbing. A free press is a cornerstone of democracy and journalists should not be killed for doing their jobs. We need a full independent investigation.

What if instead of helping billionaires fund their space hobby, we invested in working people here on Earth?

[SfN Journals @SfNJournals]

#eNeuro: @mquess & @FellerMarla used the direction selective circuit of the retina to assess how changes in dendritic shape impact the synaptic organization, finding that the the shape of dendrites does not dictate the final computation of the neurons.
