When democrats talk about economic indicators moving in the right direction, they insult the average folk. Fascist rhetoric does the opposite as it blames someone else.

2) Solid first step describing it as "neurotic/blurry/multi-disciplinary." Maybe a few more iterations to condense it into a single term?
