Yes, I was against prop firms, and I won’t pretend I wasn’t.

What made me reconsider wasn’t hype it was my community. I ran a poll, and almost 90% wanted me to research prop firms and find one I could confidently recommend.

So I listened, just as every good leader should.

I tested different firms, studied their rules, payouts and execution, and even traveled to meet the people behind the one I eventually picked.

And yes, my previous words still stand: prop firms generally provide simulated accounts, even when you reach the “funded/live” stage.

My research also reinforced many of my original concerns. In my view, a large majority of prop firms have questionable practices, complicated rules or payout conditions that can work against traders. That’s exactly why I didn’t just pick any firm.

I still don’t trust the prop-firm industry as a whole. I simply found one whose model, rules and conditions I’m comfortable with and willing to use myself.

Changing your position after deeper research isn’t hypocrisy it’s growth.

A good leader listens, does the research, and isn’t too proud to learn something new. 🥷🦅❤️
