@TatianaTMac I guess companies tend to bw on the lookout for cultural fit instead of cultural add. One can’t seriously talk about diversity and inclusion if it doesn’t start by embracing diverse thinking whatever the shape it comes through the door.
@m3thos Had the same issue. Use to read 2 books month and it went down to 0. I’m find myself back to reading these days. I think is because my son is more independent and I was getting very frustrated about it. There is hope :)
