You’re not alone.
Hijab and solat are both journeys, not switches we flip perfectly overnight.
Wearing the hijab is already a sign of faith in your heart, a step toward Allah, not away from Him. Allah sees effort, even when actions are incomplete. “Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear.” (Qur’an 2:286)
Prayer isn’t a reward for being perfect; it’s the help we turn to because we’re struggling. One step doesn’t cancel the other; they hold each other up.
Don’t remove the hijab because you’re working on solat. And don’t delay solat because you feel unworthy. Allah’s door is always open, and He loves every sincere return, no matter how small.
Keep going. Even slow steps toward Allah still count. 🤍

My Ustadh told me something one evening that completely shifted the way I viewed hardship.
We were talking about setbacks - missed opportunities, closed doors, things that just didn't go our way. Someone had just shared how they didn't get into a job they're really passionate about. You could see the weight in their voice. Disappointment laced every word.
That's when Ustadh said:
"You know the story of Musa and Khidr?"
We all nodded.
He said:
"Everyone loves the part where Khidr explains why he broke the boat, killed the boy, and rebuilt the wall. Because suddenly, the pain makes sense. The confusion becomes clarity. But do you realise something?"
He paused.
"Musa only got the explanation because it was a lesson. The people who owned the boat, the parents of that child, the town that rejected them-they never got told. They just had to live with what happened."
The room was quiet.
Then he said:
"Sometimes in life, you don't get the Khidr moment. You don't get to find out why something happened. You just get the qadr. The closed door. The loss. The silence. And your test is whether you can still trust Allah without needing the explanation."
He leaned forward and said:
"It's easy to have sabr when the story wraps up neatly. But the real test is:
Can you have tawakkul when you're still in the middle of the story?"
I remember sitting with those words long after the class ended.
Because we all wait for our Khidr moment, the point where everything makes sense. But sometimes, that moment doesn't come in this life. And still, we are asked to trust.

Please let us not forget each other in Du'a. I seek from you all Du'a, for everything good Allãh SubhanaHu wata'ala Has planned to bless any of His servants, I should be part and you too. And for every misfortune Allãh plans to send unto any of His servants, He should protect me and you too.
May Allãh bless our country Nigeria. May He guide our leaders unto the right path.
Any one person or group of persons that do not wish us and our nation well, may Allãh clear them off the way so that good continues to reach everyone. Any evil plot against Nigeria and her good people, may Allãh protect us and return the evil to the plotters. May He destroy all the bandits, terrorists, kidnappers & their sponsors.

In sha Allah below is a Qur'an Recitation Guide for us all. Let us complete the recitation, at least once during this month. We can do it twice and even three times.
📌 If you wish to complete the Qur’an Twice (2x) in Ramadan, your daily Target should be ~42 pages (~2 Juz’). Follow the same structure, but cover twice of what you would have covered in one day. For instance, on first day, cover from Fatiha verse 1 to Baqarah verse 252. You can then finish the entire Qur'an in 15 days, and twice in 29 days in sha Allah.
📌 If you wish to complete the the Qur’an Three Times (3x) in Ramadan, follow the same structure, but cover in one day what you'd cover in 3 days. For example, on day 1, you'd read from Fatiha verse 1 to Aal-imraan verse 91. You will not cover the entire Qur'an in 10 days and three times in 29 days, in sha Allah.
Please share this wide and may Allãh join us in the reward.
