@YESBANK I get 3-5 calls everyday since the past 6 months with regards to credit card. I have been declining the request and asking them to delete my number from your data list. This is pure harassment.

@HDFC_Bank why are the RMs assigned if they never pick up calls? Also in the name of call back they manage to make the fastest missed call known to humanity. Calling back immediately after the missed call also doesnt help, cant ever get through to the RM

Your system is full of loopholes. A customer gets a damaged product and doesn't even get a refund in 80+ days and is still told to wait and be patient! And on top of that no one even follow-ups! Kudos folks!
