They are a kind of scammers.
I have booked a hotel stay on 12th January through mmt and they gave me a flexible checkin and the hotel denied it. After I contacted support team and they denied a refund.

Dear Sir,
Can you do something about this situation. I was really happy when I got a chance to see Italy and explore the culture. Yet the university is not giving any response from there side. It felt like looting from people. Really disappointed.

It's hard to tweet against one of the best action camera in the world.such a poor customer support .But they are doing lot to increase customer's. I had tweeted,and messaged on Instagram . No replay's. So pity😖
