There’s a death cult out there of people whose entire lives revolve around politics and deranged ideology. They’re the most toxic and miserable people you’ll meet.

But here’s the good news:

That’s not most people.

Most people are fundamentally good and kind. They just want to build good lives, provide for their families, and have a little fun along the way.

Social media distorts this truth. Algorithms amplify extremism.

My advice:

Don’t buy the bullshit.

Be like Metallica—spread love, good energy, and heavy music.

Be the world you want to live in.
