What has he done to earn that right?

Maresca did x10 more and yet he didn't get one CB he asked for that too because his main guy was injured.

Why does Rosenior get perks that a 10x better manager than him didn't get even in his second season?

If you ever sit down & talk with a 'Poch Out' Chelsea fan, ask them the hard-hitting questions:

1. How long does it take to integrate 37 new players brought into a Premier League club in 18 months? (relationships, bonds & connections)
2. How long, specifically, does it take a young player with little to no experience (18-21) to adapt to a new league, new team, new country & perform at the top level?
3. Name 1 Premier League club that we can use as a benchmark/case study to determine whether this new recruitment strategy is on-track or behind schedule?
4. How many years will it take to be successful after restructing a Premier League football club (business side & recruitment structure) & overhauling the squad?
5. How much blame should the manager take for the success rate of individual players signed for huge transfer fees when the decisions to sign them are not made by him but by the owners/sporting directors?
6. How much responsibility should the owners & sporting directors take for Chelsea being mid-table for 2 seasons?
7. Is it possible to win the Premier League with an u/23 squad, or finish in the top 4, if you have no experienced players & no leaders? If yes, gives case studies as examples.

I can't overlook the real issues at our club, everything else is simply a by-product of them.

Tuchel has lost the players, glaring last 3 games prove it. He just can’t cut it at league level / over a long period of time with a bunch of players that know how GOOD they are.
What differentates Pep/Klopp from him are they’re emotional people, they can resonate with anyone.
